The lab is physically located in rooms CC434 , CC436 , and CC438 of the Ben F. Roach Cancer Care Facility . We have affiliations with: Department of Molecular and Cellular Biochemistry Department of Toxicology and Cancer Biology Resource Center in Stable Isotope-Resolved Metabolomics Markey Cancer Center Institute for Biomedical Informatics Center for Clinical and Translational Science Our research interests focus on the application of computational, mathematical, and statistical methods to specific problems in systems biochemistry, metabolomics, and structural biology. Eugene Hinderer III successfully defended his dissertation in the Biochemistry PhD Program titled: Computational Tools for the Dynamic Categorization and Augmented Utilization of the Gene Ontology. 03/29/2019 - Joshua Mitchell successfully defended his dissertation. Joshua Mitchell successfully defended his dissertation in the Biochemistry PhD Program titled: Computational Tools for the Untargeted Assignment of FT-MS Metabolomics Datasets. 01/14/2019 - Xi Chen successfully defended his dissertation.
